The staff was incredibly helpful and respectful, even giving me advice on navigating the city. They spoke English well, which helped greatly with finding transportation. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms and facilities kept perfectly tidy and fresh. While it was a bit further from the city center, it was very close to a taxi station and only a short distance to the US Embassy.

We stayed in a hotel that is located a few kilometers away from the city center, and it took us around 10 minutes to reach the US Embassy by car. the staff is helpful, and they speak English fluently. They changed our room upon our request and served a great breakfast.

The quality of the facilities is not up to the standards, and the bathroom had transparent doors with only a big cloth pinned on the wall for cover.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. the service was exceptional and the staff friendly and attentive. the Spa & wellness centre was luxurious, we enjoyed the full body massage and the Turkish bath experience. the exclusive amenities in the room were impressive and the garden area perfect for outdoor dining. the hotel was located in a perfect spot, providing us with beautiful views of the city. the leisure/ TV room was a great place to unwind and relax after a long day.

The sauna was unfortunately closed for repairs, which was a minor inconvenience. the rest of the facilities more than made up for it.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with fresh options. The location was convenient and easily accessible by taxi or bus. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas.

The hotel had a strong smell of smoke, which was uncomfortable. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the AC appeared to be the source of smoke in the room.

The staff's helpfulness, English speaking staff, clean and well furnished rooms, warm and comfortable suite, superb breakfast, great family hotel.
